Ancient Stirling Flashes

These flashes are made from Heavy weight tartan fabric. Garter flashes are pieces of fabric that hang from the outside of your hose (socks) in matching tartan to your kilt. They are attached to elastic which fastens with a hook and clasp under the cuff of your hose. These garter flashes are doubled meaning they have 2 pieces of fabric (flash) per garter. Made in Scotland. Dry Clean Only.
